Bottles and Jars

Washed and sterilised glass jars can be used again for storing homemade jam, pickles, herbs and other foodstuffs.
Alternatively, clean glass bottles and jars should be placed in your brown recycling bin, or you can take them to your nearest Bring Site or Recycling Centre for recycling. Most glass is sent for remelting and is recycled into new products.
